"Approximately 2 years ago we went from an antiquated system to CQI. It has been an outstanding relationship. We can view many different cases at one time, we follow the amount of time it takes to do a case per physician, we can move cases around through the computer without paper work. It has been most useful to me as a director to be able to answer questions from administration in a moments notice. I run a report each day of turn time in each room and I can present this to the physicians so they can see their progress as well as the departments. One of the best features is the 1-800 # that I can call at anytime and I speak to a human being that can walk me through the program to find the answer to any question I have.
